Learn how to teach and perform correct technique on hundereds of resistance lifts using a barbell, kettlebells, dumbells, pull-ups bars etc. Modules include how to correctly warm-up, spinal stabilisation and how it applies to all of your lifts and the fundemental movement s of carrying, squating, hinging, upper body pulling and pushing

ONLINE COURSE - Athlete & Gym Based Movement Assessments
This course will endeavour to present you with a host of assessment tools that you can use to formulate your own assessment methods. Each movement assessment can be used as a stand alone tool, however as a strength coach, personal trainer or exercise physiologist it is recommended that you use an approach that works for you and the individual that you are assessing. This course will provide a framework for which to follow, giving you a host of assessment tools and ideas that you can use to put in your own assessment protocol toolkit.
