Learn how to teach and perform correct technique on hundereds of resistance lifts using a barbell, kettlebells, dumbells, pull-ups bars etc. Modules include how to correctly warm-up, spinal stabilisation and how it applies to all of your lifts and the fundemental movement s of carrying, squating, hinging, upper body pulling and pushing
